Dear Parents,
The deadline for submitting photos is drawing near – last day is March 30. Many photos have been sent in for school events, but I have very few photos for the individual grades/classrooms, especially fifth grade.
5th grade parents: A special section is reserved for your children, so please send in those photos.
Other photos that I would like to receive are:
- field trip photos – all grades/classrooms
- photos of faculty/staff.
Remember, the yearbook is only as good as the photos that are sent in, so look through your cameras, upload those winning shots, and send them in.
Some things to remember:
- Please make sure that the photos you send in are school-related (ie. photos of your child with mom/dad, or other relatives; or photos taken at home will most likely not be used).
- The software system for the yearbook will not allow for any photos that are too low in resolution (including photos taken from cel phones), or those that are too large (over 3000 kb).
Here is how you can submit photos online:
• Go to: https://images.memoryebooks.com/login
• If it does not automatically log you into the site, enter username: 400055860 and password: Waldo
• Browse to select the photo(s) you wish to upload.
• Enter information about the photo including the event and grade (ex. Halloween Fair, 4th Grade). You can also provide contact information in case the staff needs additional information.
• Click “Save Details”.
As always, you can also submit pictures by e-mailing them to EmersonYearbook@gmail.com.
